SoHarlem is based in West Harlem’s Manhattanville Factory District, a neighborhood which continues to benefit for the strong presence of local developer the Janus Property Company. Our goal is to create equitable opportunities as a place based Cultural Industries Incubator dedicated to creativity and economic development as a way to address racial inequities and ensure a vibrant future for artists and for our surrounding community.
